First I need to give a thank you to everyone who suggested styles for the Style Request bundle! I feel so lucky and blessed to have so many AWESOME customers that are so creative. I can’t begin to tell you how hard it was to only pick out five styles to make – so I decided that during the weekly SOSN sale at TLP I would release one new style per week from your suggestions! If you suggested it – watch your email because you’ll receive the set for free! This week the style was Galvanized Metal – requested by Julie Southern.
Now – on to the five styles picked for our bundle and a little bit about each!
Stylin’ #198 – Iridescent Styles – When I saw the first idea for this I was like “YES!” but then trying to get it to work was a bit more tricky. Lots of filters and playing around with lighting levels went into getting this set to work the way I saw it in my mind. I love how it turned out!
Stylin’ #199 – Paper Textures – You can never have enough subtle paper textures. I got busy scanning various papers from my stash to create this set.
Stylin’ #200 – Fabric Styles – You’d laugh to know that not only did I raid my own closet – I also raided my daughter’s closet to find just the right textures for this set!
Stylin’ #201 – Thick Paint – I put my mother in law to work on this one – the beautiful painted texture you see in this set was created by her!
Stylin’ #202 – Stained Glass/ Colored Glass – This is my current most favorite style. When I got to work on this one I ended up pushing my deadline because I got totally side-tracked PLAYING around with it! I actually plan on making a little video featuring this style with a twist – adult coloring books. Stay tuned for that!
The full set of styles can be purchased through September 2nd for only $8! I also have a special challenge going through September 23rd (a month from today) at The-Lilypad where you can get some free personal use styles and the opportunity to get a 50% off code! I’d love for you all to play along!
If you ever have any requests – I am open to taking them all year long! If it can be done I will do my best to put it on my schedule!
